Last weekend my husband and I went down to Dog Beach in Del Mar because our good friends puppy was taking doggie surf lessons! It was so cute, and she did so great! Because a post is nothing without a picture, here are a few!

Due to the nature of our business, there are no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. As many of our items are customized for the user, no customized item may be returned for any reason unless damage occurs during shipping or the items you receive do not match the proofs you approved.

REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions included with each product is listed in the listing. After you give approval of the proofs, the final, high-resolution file(s) will be sent. Any revisions requested after the final, high-resolution files have been sent are subject to an additional cost.

ABANDONED PROJECT POLICY
Jennifer Alison Designs has the right to consider any project abandoned after thirty (30) days with no response from the buyer. Your project file will be closed and the final product will not be sent. No refunds, no returns, no exceptions.

PURCHASE/AGREEMENT
By providing payment information, you, the user, agree to exchange funds to cover taxes and shipping as outlined in the payment form.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Jennifer Alison Designs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
