Refunds
To Clients & Potential Clients:
I just want to make it very clear that If you are not satisfied with your design, I cannot offer you a refund. Due to the nature of my business, I spend a lot of time on each and every project. Just because your design was not what you are looking for, I will not be able to refund your money. I will however, work with you until you are satisfied with your design.
I keep my prices much lower than other designers (especially on Etsy) because I do not do this for the money, I do it as a hobby. I ENJOY what I do. I should be charging much more for my designs, and I'm not. Especially because of this, no refunds are allowed. It is not fair to me to spend hours creating & designing for such a small fee, and turn around and get slapped in the face by someone requesting a refund because it was not what they were looking for. You need to communicate with me - and let me know what it is you are looking for so I can make the appropriate revisions.
Please, people, have some respect.

Thank you for keeping me busy!!
I have been receiving an extreme amount of orders recently, and I just wanted to take the time to personally say THANK YOU so much! As I mentioned in my "about me" section, I am a full time student working my second degree to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse, specifically a Labor & Deliver Nurse! While school has been extremely intense, I love spending time on my designs between studying and being at the hospital.
My turnaround time for proofs has normally been within less than 24 hours. I have quite a few orders that I have not finished. This is what I'm working on:
1. Blissfully Chic business logo
2. Custom wedding monogram for Lindsay
3. Wedding Menu for Nicole
4. Wedding Menu for Courtney
5. Business logo for Cupcakes for a Cause
