Refunds

To Clients & Potential Clients:

I just want to make it very clear that If you are not satisfied with your design, I cannot offer you a refund. Due to the nature of my business, I spend a lot of time on each and every project. Just because your design was not what you are looking for, I will not be able to refund your money. I will however, work with you until you are satisfied with your design.

I keep my prices much lower than other designers (especially on Etsy) because I do not do this for the money, I do it as a hobby. I ENJOY what I do. I should be charging much more for my designs, and I'm not. Especially because of this, no refunds are allowed. It is not fair to me to spend hours creating & designing for such a small fee, and turn around and get slapped in the face by someone requesting a refund because it was not what they were looking for. You need to communicate with me - and let me know what it is you are looking for so I can make the appropriate revisions.
