How it Works

I also have been getting a lot of emails regarding how my services work so here is a post. Please email me if you have any specific questions, thanks!

To order, please visit my Etsy Store. If what you want is not listed on my Etsy site, or you do not wish to purchase through Etsy, feel free to Email Me and I will create a custom invoice just for you!

I only accept payment through PayPal at this time.

1. You purchase your design via Pay Pal. Either through Etsy, or I will bill your email address directly from PayPal.

2. I create your designs. My turnaround time varies. Some days I will have your proofs to you within a couple of hours. Some days, it could take me up to two weeks to get your proofs done. Please email me before you place your order if you need it done in a RUSH.

3. You will receive your proofs - with my watermark. This is to prevent the copyright of my designs.

4. You then either approve the proofs, or request changes. When requesting changes, please be very specific and refer to the file number.

5. I make the changes. Upon approval, you will be sent the high-resolution files.

6. All high-resolution files will be sent as a .JPG unless otherwise requested. Other files available are .PNG, .PDF, .TFF, .GIF, and a flattened .PSD image. If requesting another format other than a .JPG, this must be done BEFORE the final, high resolution file has been sent. Additional files AFTER the high resolution file is sent will be $5 per file.
