Dear Clients & Potential Clients:

This is another issue that has been coming up frequently.

ALL FILES WILL BE SENT AS HIGH-RESOLUTION JPGs UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BEFORE THE fINAL FILES HAVE BEEN EMAILED.

JPG files have a WHITE background. If you would like a transparent background, you need to request a PNG file. This must be done before I sent the final high-res files. If not, there will be an additional fee. Asking for a different file type after the high resolution files have been sent isn't fair. You will then be getting double the amount of work than you paid for. This is very time consuming and I cannot do it any longer without being comensated for it.
